Lilith paced, her breath short and her chest hot. As the wind picked up each individual hair was on end, tingling at their base and making her skin crawl. She felt like she was going to explode.

It seemed he was always the one with her, why in the world was it the old one? She had nothing in common with him, she knew there must have been others.
